Casa Uva is a fully renovated rural holiday house set in the middle of the Lanzarote country side.
The two bedroom house is totally independent and separate from any other house. It has its own 100 meter long private drive with sea and country views in front.
This south facing recently built and refurbished house has two bedrooms. There is free wifi internet, sunken garden full of plants. A bbq area and large glass table, sunbathing plus several other sunbathing terraces.
Along the full front of the house is a large sheltered terrace under a pergola with comfy chairs, coffee table and a view straight to the sea.
Inside is a bright and well furnished house. Entrance via large double patio doors creates a warm and bright interior.
The fully fitted kitchen has granite surfaces, all modern appliances and breakfast bar.
There is a four seater wooden dining table for evening meals which again enjoys views across the country and to the sea.
The lounge has large comfy chairs and a flat screen TV with digital Spanish channels, many of which allow the language to be changed.
The good sized bathroom has plentiful hot water at a good pressure.
The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, drawers and its own door to the very private side terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds, wardrobe, drawers and lovely views across the countryside.
The whole house was totally renovated in January 2017 with everything completely new.
This is a very peaceful and private rural property set in some of the most unspoilt Lanzarote countryside.
From the house are great walking and mountain biking routes, you do not even have to go onto a tarmac road. The nearest beach is a 10 minute drive. The closest town is Tias, less than a five minute drive. Puerto del Carmen, Puerto Calero, Playa Quemada, Yaiza are all just a few minutes drive away.
