Full description of accommodation

The approach to this beautiful country house is along a dirt track from the main road. Around three hundred meters along a well maintained dirt track is the gate to the house.
The house if found 100 meters along your own private drive way, with plenty of parking at the top. All the well established and planted gardens to the left of the entry drive are for your own use.
Park the car and enter the house via three stone steps and a wooden door to the wooden decked terrace.
The deck stretches along the entire front of the house and offers shelter from any wind with the help of the pergola roof.
On the deck are two comfy chairs and a two seater sofa with a glass topped coffee table.
From the deck you can see out across the Lanzarote country side and down to the sea. Just in front of the deck is your own sunken garden with fruit and herb trees. In the garden is a BBQ and outside glass dining table with plenty of room from four people. If you want to relax in the sun no problem. You can lay in the sunken garden, on the wide path that leads to the garden or on the sun terrace running along the side of the house.
The outside area are well kept and no overlooked by anyone.
Entry to the house is via two large glass sliding patio doors. These allow plenty of light into the house plus the views.

Once inside there is the dining area with four seater wooden table. To the left is the dark red granite surfaced kitchen. Oven and hob and modern gas run appliances. There is a fridge with freezer compartment and all kitchen ware.
The lounge area has very comfy sofa and chair with a flat screen tv picking up digital Spanish TV with switchable languages. Good speed internet is available in the whole house via a wifi system and is included in the price.
The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet with plenty of good pressure hot water.
There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom and a queen sized double bed with wardrobe and drawers for clothes storage. There is also your own private door onto the afternoon sun terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds with a wardrobe and drawers.
All the rooms in the house have lovely views across fields and towards the mountains / volcanoes and the sea.
The house sleeps a maximum of four people.
